Tenants in Common can own different shares of the property. The property doesn’t automatically go to the other owners if you die. You can pass on your share of the property in your will.

She initially worked within our Litigation Department where she gained considerable experience in dealing with contentious matters such as disputes over Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
