He wants a full judicial review of a decision not to allow him to pay for such protection for himself and his family when visiting the country.<\/p>\n<p>At the hearing, Harry\u2019s lawyers will ask Mr Justice Swift to grant permission for a full judicial review of the Home Office\u2019s decision.
