We also cover family\u00a0proceedings in the FPC.<\/h3>\n<p>We can deal with everything from a contested application, to a routine hearing including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the sealing and filing of documents<\/li>\n<li>advocacy\u00a0before District Judges including;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>applications for\u00a0judgment or summary judgment<\/li>\n<li>to set aside judgement<\/li>\n<li>for relief from sanctions<\/li>\n<li>for strike out<\/li>\n<li>final charging order<\/li>\n<li>third party debt orders<\/li>\n<li>bankruptcy and winding up hearings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>assisting in the selection and\/or instruction of counsel<\/li>\n<li>arranging or attending conferences with counsel or attending court with counsel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will receive a full written report within 24 hours of our attendance, and will be provided\u00a0with same day reporting by telephone.<\/p>\n<p>We check the papers thoroughly and if there are any problems that we pick up we let you\u00a0know at once.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We can usually agree a fixed fee for any hearing.
