Trusts
Trusts can be created within the terms of a Will to ensure that a tax efficient Will is made
for Inheritance Tax purposes.
Trusts can also be created to make provisions for members of a family including grandchildren and any disabled
persons without making an outright gift.

Typical cases include:
- Within the terms of a Will for tax purposes or to make provision for a spouse but also
any children, especially of previous marriage.
