Wendy qualified as a solicitor 25 years ago and has been with the firm for over 22 years.

Wendy can provide expert advice and assistance with Inheritance Tax, larger estates, Wills and Trust Funds and Court of Protection Orders.

Rachel Damianou - Solicitor
Rachel has worked at this office since leaving Law College over 15 years ago and qualified as a solicitor 13 years ago.

Rachel initially worked in our Litigation Department and developed a wealth of experience in Civil Law and Procedure, which has proved invaluable when dealing with disputed Wills and Estates.  Over recent years she has gained experience with the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney and the Administration of Estates.

Susan Rigby - Legal Assistant
Susan has worked at the firm for 18 years and is an experienced member of our Probate Department. She deals with the majority of home and hospital visits for the elderly and infirm.

Susan has years of experience dealing with the preparation of Wills and the administration of estates. Susan prepares Powers of Attorney and deals with the general financial affairs of the elderly and also makes applications for the appointment of Deputies at the Court of Protection.
