Godfrey, Todmorden born and bred, is partner in charge
at Todmorden office. He qualified in 1975 and has dealt
with a wide variety of disciplines in the Law. He is a
general practitioner able to deal with a broad range
of matters, both of a domestic and commercial nature
which includes major commercial developments.
He is also very experienced in advising on Wills, Probate
matters, Tax Planning and Landlord and Tenant matters,
both commercial and residential.
Amongst his clients are high net worth private clients
and a major Building Society. He has acted on many company
acquisitions and disposals, including supermarkets and
other retail/manufacturing businesses.
