Godfrey Pickles - Partner
Godfrey, Todmorden born and bred, is partner in charge at Todmorden office. He qualified in 1975 and has dealt with a wide variety of disciplines in the Law. He is a general practitioner able to deal with a broad range of matters, both of a domestic and commercial nature which includes major commercial developments.

He is also very experienced in advising on Wills, Probate matters, Tax Planning and Landlord and Tenant matters, both commercial and residential.

Amongst his clients are high net worth private clients and a major Building Society. He has acted on many company acquisitions and disposals, including supermarkets and other retail/manufacturing businesses.

Emma Piszkalo - Associate Solicitor

Emma studied Law at Lancaster University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York.  She joined Wrigley Claydon as a paralegal in 2009 and commenced her Training Contract in May 2010.  She qualified as a solicitor in November 2011.

Emma deals primarily in matters of Residential Conveyancing, Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Emma is a local girl with a good knowledge of Todmorden and the surrounding area.

Paul is head of our busy Property Department and acts for a number of large Housing Associations, Property Developers and Institutional Investers, and has many years experience in this field of law.
