Ruth has over 30years of Family Law experience. She is a specialist in her field, and has an excellent reputation with her clients and is respected by her opponents.

Ruth works with her clients to achieve a fair and practical solution as sensitively and quickly as possible.

Ruth is a member of The Law Society’s Family Law Panel and accredited specialist with Resolution (formally Solicitor’s Family Law).

As a Resolution specialist Ruth has submitted herself to a rigorous assessment to demonstrate the highest levels of knowledge, practical application of law and best practice.

Frances Jolley - Consultant

Frances became a Solicitor in 1980 and has been a member of The Law Society Children Panel since 1992 and has over 12 years experience as an appointed Deputy District Judge. She is very experienced in Divorce and ancillary matters , Care Proceedings, Family Law and Children.

Katie Hazlehurst - Associate Solicitor

Katie is a young enthusiastic solicitor whose practical approach, coupled with a sympathetic manner, places clients at ease giving them confidence to deal with the critical and emotional issues which face them at this testing time.

Katie emphasises negotiation and agreement whilst trying to avoid conflict and confrontational litigation where ever possible. However, Katie is experienced in appearing pleading her clients cases in Court where necessary.

Martine Swinscoe - Associate Solicitor

Martine is the latest addition to our busy expanding Family Department. She qualified in 1998 and specialises in Children Law, and is an accredited member of The Law Society Children Panel Scheme.

Lisa Harrison - Paralegal

Lisa is experienced in both Private and Public law.

One of Lisa's strengths is her ability to build up a good working relationship with clients and put them at ease when taking client instructions.
