Vijay is head of our busy Litigation Department, Vijay advises both Corporate and Private Clients on the cost effective way of bringing and defending claims in the High and County Courts. He has successfully acted on numerous large contractual claims and many disputed probate cases, and has amassed a wealth of experience over more than 20 years of litigation.

Vijay has been appointed to the Law Society personal injury panel as a specialist in Injury claims. This has led him to act in many high value injury claims and Medical negligence cases. He has a wide experience of acting for Claimants to obtain proper compensation for their injuries and loss. His experience in and knowledge of procedural matters and the interpretation of medico- legal reports and other expert evidence has enabled him to provide a personal but expert service to clients over the years.

Shalish Mehta - Associate Solicitor

Shalish acts on behalf of both private individuals, and commercial clients, including Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies. He is able to advise and assist with negotiating to resolve disputes to avoid court proceedings. However, should litigation become necessary and a claim need to be brought, or defended, Shalish handles cases in the High court and County court.
