Debt Recovery

The cost of pursuing debts professionally is usually prohibitive, however, this system allows for debts as small as £25 to be recovered. Clients are regularly kept informed and the system allows clients to obtain up-to-date information on how the claim is proceeding.

Once judgement has been obtained, various enforcement methods are used to recover the judgement debt through either the County Court or the High Court.

  • Private Debts
  • Commercial Debts
  • Court proceedings
  • Enforcement
  • Instalment collection
